Cancellation Policy
To respect our team’s time and ensure availability for all clients:
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment incur a $75 fee.
- Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
These fees help cover the reserved time and the inability to schedule another client on short notice.
Service Frequency Adjustments
If you switch from biweekly (every 2 weeks) service to every 3 or 4 weeks, the price will be adjusted.
Pricing increases by $30 per additional week since homes require extra care when we come less frequently.
Invoices and Late fees
- Invoices are due the day of service.
- A 10% late fee is added if payment is made 4 days past the service date.
- Unpaid invoices from prior cleanings may result in cancellation of upcoming appointments until the account is current.

To help us clean efficiently and avoid additional charges, please:
- Remove clutter so surfaces are accessible
- Pick up clothes, shoes, and children’s toys
- Clear dishes from the sink
- Secure pets in a comfortable safe area
If our team needs to perform these tasks, additional hourly charges may apply.
